BASIC ITINERARY
Day 1 - After check-in at St. Lucia Eco Lodge, a two-and-a-half hour, gentle, hippo and croc boat trip on the St.Lucia Estuary on the Shakabarge. Dinner at St. Lucia Eco Lodge.
After dinner, a spectacular 3-hour night drive in an open safari vehicle into the Eastern Shores of iSimangaliso introducing you to this incredible area and its nocturnal inhabitants, which include hippo, a variety of antelope, zebra, gnu, leopard, nightjars etc.
Day 2 - After an early breakfast, a 7-hour ‘World Heritage Tour’ safari, which includes educational talks, easy walks, game viewing, birding, snorkelling at Cape Vidal (tide permitting) and a beach braai lunch with refreshments. Candle-lit dinner and a complimentary glass of wine at St. Lucia Eco Lodge.
Day 3 - An early start for a full day big-5 safari at Hluhluwe/iMfolozi Game Reserve, renowned for its efforts in saving the white rhino from extinction. Sightings may include white rhino, elephant, lions, cheetah, black rhino, leopard, wild dog, lappet-faced vulture, bateleur eagles, white-headed vultures, snake eagles and a large population of giraffe.
This is a 10-hour excursion and includes beverages, light breakfast and braai lunch overlooking the majestic hills of Hluhluwe/iMfolozi. Candle-lit dinner and a complimentary glass of wine at St. Lucia Eco Lodge.
Day 4 - After a relaxing breakfast, a 2-hour bike ride or bird walk with your Zulu guide, exploring St. Lucia and surrounds for bird watching and general game viewing. Depart from paradise.

BASIC ITINERARY
Day 1 - After check-in at St. Lucia Eco Lodge, a romantic 5-hour late afternoon game drive traversing forests, plains and grasslands en-route to Lake Bhangazi, where you will enjoy scenic sundowners and snacks before continuing on with your spotlight night safari along the 4X4 routes of the reserve. Candle-lit dinner back at St. Lucia Eco Lodge.
Day 2 - After a relaxing breakfast, a 2-hour bike ride or bird walk with your Zulu guide, exploring St. Lucia and surrounds for bird watching and general game viewing. Return to St. Lucia Eco Lodge to freshen up and enjoy the pool followed by lunch at the Hog 'n' Hippo Bistro.
After lunch, a two-and-a-half hour, sunset hippo and croc boat trip on the St.Lucia Estuary on the Shakabarge. Leisurely dinner at St. Lucia Eco Lodge.

BASIC ITINERARY
Day 1 - After check-in at St. Lucia Eco Lodge, a two-and-a-half hour, gentle, hippo and croc boat trip into the St.Lucia Estuary on the Shakabarge. Candle-lit dinner and a complimentary glass of wine or bubbly at St. Lucia Eco Lodge.
Day 2 - After breakfast, a magical 2-hour deep-sea whale watching tour which takes you as close as 50 meters from the giants of the deep. Humpback whales are most commonly spotted but Minky's, Right and Sperm whales are also seen. Whale watching begins with a high energy surf launch which requires "holding on" strength. For this reason we accept only children 12 years and older. Includes transport to and from the Advantage Tours offices. Return to St. Lucia Eco Lodge to freshen up and enjoy lunch.
